Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
How do I place an Order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
How do I create an account?
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.
What's the sizing you offer?
We provide a range of sizes for our crop tops. Check our sizing chart for details.
Do you offer custom?

What is the status of my order?
You can check your order status by tracking the shipping information sent to your email. If you didn’t receive an update, please contact us at support@bestshirtz.com.
I have problems adding items to my shopping cart
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
I've made a mistake in my order, can I change it?
Orders can only be changed within 24 hours after placing them. Contact us immediately at support@bestshirtz.com for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order after 24 hours it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
Do you accept returns? If so, what's your policy?
We don’t accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not accepted as our items are made to order.
Are returns free?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
We do not have a referral program at this time.
Do you propose wholesale orders?
We do not offer wholesale options; however, we provide promotions on certain days.
Do you have physical stores?
No, we are an online-only store.
Do you attend market fairs? If so, when/where is the next one?
Currently, we do not attend market fairs.
How do I purchase a gift card?
We do not offer gift cards.

When did you create this company?
BestShirtz was established on June 16, 2022.
Who is the founder?
BestShirtz was founded by Farah Khoirun Nisa’ Nisrina, inspired by a vision of combining creativity and online freedom.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All payments are processed in USD.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment options?
At this time, we do not offer installment payment options.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
SHIPPING
When will my order being processed?
All orders will be processed within 5-10 working days for printing and handling process, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 14-21 working days from the time of order complete. In some cases, maybe there are a few days delay on the shipping time.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to Indonesia and the United States. For other countries, please contact us at support@bestshirtz.com for special requests.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Indonesia.
Do you offer fast shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping services.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
We currently do not provide next-day delivery services.
How can I track my delivery?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with your tracking number. If there is no tracking number on email confirmation please contact us.
What are the shipping charges like?
We are using flat rate shipping fee.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Do I have to pay customs?
Yes, international customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you’re unavailable, the courier may leave the package at a secure location or reattempt delivery. Contact the courier with your tracking number for arrangements.
PROBLEM
There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact us on this site and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I've received a defective item, what should I do?
We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact us on this site with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I've received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact us on this site and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I've purchased the wrong size or color
We do not provide exchanges for size or color. We do however, accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here and its procedures.
I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
Kindly contact us on this site if you have not received your parcel if more than our shipping time estimation and we will assist you accordingly.
